I delivered the pictures today for what has been a year long project. To celebrate I thought I’d reward my self with a bit of “me” time.
I’ve been investing in some new lighting for a while, and now that my other projects are just about complete I was able to spend some quality time with my new lighting setup. I haven’t quite got all the lights that Peter Hurley uses but having been inspired by his book, which I read at the recommendation of Scott Kelby, when I saw him at the photography show, I had to give it a try.
I set the studio up ready to shoot a few selfies and luckily Robin and Faith happened to drop in. Here are some of the results. A huge thanks to both of them for being my guinea pigs. Hope you like the results guys.
